Introducing a case where we delivered a aging chamber to Aomori Kawamura Meat Shop!

We would like to introduce a case where we delivered a maturation chamber to Aomori Kawamura Meat Shop. With the expansion of Kawamura Meat Shop's factory, a maturation room was established within the processing facility. This was started on a trial basis, and there are plans to eventually set up a prefabricated maturation chamber to pursue true aged meat. Our maturation chambers come in four types based on size, and the one adopted this time is the best-selling W1,500 type (approximately 30kg type, varying by cut and size).

We would like to introduce a case where a prefabricated aging cellar of 1.5 tsubo was delivered to a certain location in Tokyo!

A prefabricated aging chamber of 1.5 tsubo has been delivered to a certain location in Tokyo. While some may have the impression that our aging chambers are mostly cellar types, we also effectively accommodate prefabricated types. Designed to achieve high humidity through fine adjustments without using dangerous humidifiers, the chamber also employs an inverter-type refrigeration unit. This allows the machine to assess internal conditions and external conditions, leading to optimal output and energy savings.

We would like to introduce a case where a maturation chamber (prefabricated type, 1.5 tsubo) was delivered to a certain location in Tokyo. While many may have the impression that our maturation chambers are mostly cellar types, we also effectively accommodate prefabricated types. The store in this case aims to faithfully recreate the New York flagship in Japan, and although it is in an unseen location, it has been installed inside the store. Designed with a temperature controller and a humidity controller, it is set up to achieve high humidity without using dangerous humidifiers, allowing for fine adjustments.
